Erin Philleo

Soprano Erin Daley Philleo began her musical studies at the age of 5 at the piano. In high school she was involved in many choral and solo performances. She received her B.A. in Music – voice at Miami University, studying with Ms. Joan Moynaugh. While completing her degree, she opened a private piano and voice studio in 1998.

In 2004, she attended the Summer Program for Young Opera Singers in Urbania, Italy, where she realized her desire to sing opera.  Upon returning to the States, she completed her Masters in Music Education – Piano Pedagogy degree from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2006, and returned again to the Summer Program for Young Opera Singers in 2008, studying under Linda Roark-Strummer.

She has performed the Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd, Principessa in Sour Angelica, Edith in Pirates of Penzance, covered the role Ariadne in Ariadne auf Naxos, and premiered the opera Yours Truly, Anne as Margot. In March 2013, she sang with Tower Chorale and Capella Giulia under the direction of Padre Pierre Paul and Patrick Godon in Rome, Italy, where she was soloist at the Vatican for the first mass of Pope Francis, and in March 2014 she performed as soprano soloist for Tower Chorale’s Brahms Requiem in Chicago.

She currently sings with Palm Beach Opera chorus.

Alexandra Marra is a 15 year-old soprano who has been classically trained since the third grade.  She presently trains at Valeo Conservatory in Boca Raton, FL under the instruction of Erin Philleo.

In the summer of 2012 Alexandra was awarded 1st place at the YA Dream Night Talent Competition winning cash and a $4,000 scholarship.
Since then, Alexandra has performed at various music conferences around the country such as the IEBA Conference in Nashville, the IAFE Conference in Las Vegas, and the APAP Conference in New York City.  She was also invited to and performed at the Fredericton Fair in Canada with her group, the FAB FIVE, in September of 2013.

Alexandra has performed at numerous local venues such as restaurants, community theatres and halls, churches, fairs, and even Downtown Disney in Orlando.  She has also performed at the Borland Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and at the Lyric Theatre in Stuart, FL. But the highlight of Alexandra’s career to date was performing for Donald and Melania Trump at Mar a Lago in Palm Beach, FL for a Valentine’s Day gala in February 2014 where she received accolades from Mr. and Mrs. Trump, as well as their guests.gray-widget

In addition, Alexandra has recently been handpicked to be part of  “The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber” tour in 2015-2016, presented by Terry Barber, an internationally acclaimed countertenor and founder of  “Artists For a Cause”.

Besides being a classical vocalist, Alexandra is an honor student at her high school.  Her hobbies include horseback riding, face painting, and sketching.
